RENTAL FAQ

Can our tickets be sold at the Darke Hall Box Office?

Yes, all renters are required to use the Darke Hall Box Office for their ticket sales. Tickets will be sold online, in-person and by phone.

Do you provide technical support?

Yes, Darke Hall has a resident Technical Director who will work with all renters to fulfill the needs of your performance or event. Should additional technical staff be required, we are able to provide that support as well.

Do you provide front of house staff?

Yes, Darke Hall provides all front of house staff including ticket takers, ushers, coat check and bar staff.

Do you have a bar and/or concession?

Yes, Darke Hall has a full-service bar and concession in the Main Floor Lobby.

Can I sell merchandise?

Yes, with prior arrangement with the Darke Hall Manager.

Is the venue available for weddings?

Yes, we have recently opened up the venue for weddings during the months of July and August.

Online: Tickets are available for purchase online 24 hours a day.

In-person Sales:
Wednesday – Saturday: 12 pm to 5 pm
Statutory Holidays: Closed

The Box Office opens one hour prior to every event.
