Free Tickets for Youth, Veterans & Active Service Members
This April, Darke Hall invites the community to experience Ridge, a powerful performance combining storytelling and live music to explore the legacy of Vimy Ridge—often called “the battle that made Canada.” With performances on April 8 at 7:30 pm and April 9 at 2 pm, this moving production connects past to present while honouring the lives shaped and lost by war.
In recognition of Vimy Ridge Day, Darke Hall is offering complimentary tickets for the April 9 matinee to youth aged 12 to 20 and the adults in their lives, as well as veterans, currently serving members of the Canadian Armed Forces, and RCMP. This initiative is made possible through the generous support of Veterans Affairs Canada’s Commemorative Partnership Program, ensuring greater access to this meaningful cultural experience.
Audiences attending eithe of the performances will also enjoy an interactive Community Corner experience presented with RUSI Regina, featuring a hands-on museum exhibit. Visitors can meet veterans, explore a detailed scale model of Vimy Ridge, handle authentic WWI artifacts, and discover the powerful stories of Saskatchewan men and women who served.
Thoughtful, engaging, and accessible for both youth and adults, Ridge offers a unique opportunity to learn about Canadian history together through music, storytelling, and shared experience.

- Choose your seats in any section. Please use the drop down menu to select the appropriate amount of Youth (aged 12 to 20) tickets in your group. Anyone over 20 will be an Economy, Standard or Premium level.

- Let our staff know you are booking the Community Ticket for Ridge on April 9
- You will be asked to confirm which group you are part of at the time of booking: Veteran or Currently Serving.
