Community Ticket Donation Program

The Darke Hall Society is proud to support our community by donating tickets to local fundraising initiatives, charitable organizations, schools, and community groups whenever possible.

As a registered charity and presenting organization, we recognize the importance of supporting the organizations that make our community stronger while ensuring that ticket sales continue to support the artists and performances presented through the Darke Hall Presents series.

Our Community Ticket Donation Program is one way we invest in our community by helping organizations raise funds while introducing new audiences to live performance at Darke Hall.

Ticket donation requests are considered from:

• Registered charities
• Non-profit organizations
• Educational institutions
• Community organizations
• Fundraising events that benefit the community

Whenever possible, requests should be submitted at least four weeks before the event.

Ticket donations are provided at the discretion of the Darke Hall Society and are subject to ticket availability.

Approved requests will typically receive:

• Tickets to a selected Darke Hall Presents performance; or
• A voucher for use for an event to be chosen by the winner

Donated tickets:

• May not be exchanged for cash.
• May not be resold.
• Are intended to support fundraising and community engagement activities.

The Darke Hall Society strives to support as many organizations as possible while also fulfilling its mission as a presenter of live performance.

To avoid competing for the same audience, ticket donations are generally not provided for fundraising events that take place on the same date as a Darke Hall Presents performance or during periods where the event is likely to directly compete with one of our presented events.

Whenever possible, we encourage organizations to submit requests for future events that do not present this scheduling conflict.

Submitting a request does not guarantee a ticket donation.

When possible, we appreciate recognition of the Darke Hall Society as an in-kind supporter through event programs, websites, social media, or other promotional materials.
